shipping
We charge a flat rate of $5 CDN for standard shipping on all orders placed on our online store to any location within North America, except for Alaska and Hawaii. Our expected delivery time is 3 to 6 business days within Canada, and 3 to 10 business days within the United States.
We also provide you with the option to select expedited shipping at a charge of $20 CDN. Expected delivery time for expedited service is 1 to 3 business days within Canada, and 3 to 7 business days within the United States.
We ship our orders via Canada Post or UPS, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Unfortunately, at this time we are not shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or any locations outside of North America through our online store. However, if you would like to special order our products, send us an email at info@purplecloth.com with the details and we'll do our best to get your order to doorstep of wherever you live.
customs, duties and taxes on orders outside of Canada
Dealers of the Purple Cloth is based out of Toronto, Canada. As a result, customs, duties and/or additional taxes may apply on shipments outside of Canada. Dealers of the Purple Cloth is not responsible for these charges. Although we are unable to calculate these charges in advance, we will make every effort to minimize them for our customers. return policy
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit only. Returned items must be unworn and in the original condition they were in when you received them, with all tags still attached. Returns must be inspected before we will approve an exchange or issue a store credit. Our goal is to process all returns as quickly and hassle-free as possible.
how to process a return
Please email us at returns@purplecloth.com to inform us that you would like to return an item(s). You will receive a reply email with instructions on where to ship the item(s) and receive a reference number.
Upon approval, we will send you a confirmation email and ship your exchanged item(s) or issue you a store credit. Store credit may be used up to 90 days after they have been issued. Make sure to include the reference number on either the shipping label or the packaging itself.
Shipping charges are not refundable on returns. In addition, shipping charges will be applicable on any items that are exchanged. We are not responsible for processing or returning items that have been worn or damaged.

All prices listed on our site are in

Canadian dollars. For your convenience, our website lists an estimate of the price in US dollars, based on an exchange rate of 0.90.
